MOSCOW, may 23. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin began on Tuesday evening, the negotiations with the President of the Philippines Rodrigo duterte the Executive office of the First building of the Kremlin.
In negotiations with the Russian side attended by the Minister of foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov, presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, the Minister of economic development Maxim Oreshkin, the Philippine Minister of foreign Affairs Alan Peter Cayetano, the defense Minister Dolphin Lorenzana, special assistant to the President Christopher Lawrence.
Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences Rodrigo Duterte in connection with the death of people due to a terrorist attack. The Russian President hopes that the terrorists will be defeated.
