Continued: Lavrov called an illegitimate U.S. attack on Pro-government forces in Syria
Air attack on the convoy of Syrian Pro-government forces held on 18 may under the city of TANF included in the list of targets and goals of the terrorist group “Islamic state” (IG, is prohibited in Russia). “A US strike on government forces in southern Syria is illegitimate and constitutes a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of the country”, — said in this regard, the Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, quoted in “Interfax”.
