MOSCOW, may 17. /TASS/. Despite attempts by foreign NGOs to “rock” the social and political situation in Russia remains stable. This was the Deputy Secretary of the security Council of the Russian Federation Alexander Grebenkin told reporters in an interview, timed to 25-anniversary of the Russian security Council. “To date, managed to provide a stable socio-political situation in the country, to prioritize this work. Among them is the prevention of the spread of extremism in the youth environment, prevention of ethnic conflicts, overlapping of channels of financing of extremist activity and to counter extremist activities in the information sphere, including the Internet,” he said.
