According to China News, the program can be installed and removed remotely, it allows you to deny access to certain websites, set time restrictions for use and to track certain words.
The program will automatically send messages if it detects any violation of the rules of Internet use.
In addition, the program allows you to track the phone number of each user and phone model.
Currently the program is in the testing phase.
It is noted that one of the main goals of developing this program is to resolve issues relating to the risks of leakage of confidential information. According to the Agency, in the past limitations on cell phone usage was the cause of the complaints of the Chinese military.
