French intelligence agencies have issued guidance on two Belgian nationals and one Afghan suspected of preparing a terrorist attack. According to the Daily News, Zabiulla sarwari, Bilal al-Marko and Tariq Jadoun plan to enter the territory of the Republic and to commit a crime under the flag of the Islamic state (a terrorist organization banned in Russia).
Authorities urged the public to help in tracing the suspects, and inform law enforcement agencies about suspicious individuals.
Bilal al-Marko had previously come into the view of European intelligence services. Belgian HLN.be in may of last year wrote that he became a devotee of ISIS and in 2013 moved to Syria.
On Thursday evening, April 20, gunmen opened fire on the police in the Champs Elysees area in Paris. One of the guards was killed, two were injured. The gunman was eliminated. Police believe that the attackers were two men, one managed to escape.
April 26, French and Belgian intelligence agencies conducted a joint operation, which were detained 10 people. They are suspected of collaborating with Amedi Coulibaly, attacked a kosher supermarket in Paris in January 2015. Then held hostage by the terrorist turned out to be 15 people, four customers died.
