Green hung on the Eiffel tower banner against natsfronta Le Pen
PARIS, may 5 — RIA Novosti, Victoria Ivanova. Greenpeace activists on Friday morning unfurled on the Eiffel tower in Paris, a big banner with the national motto of France — says “Liberty. Equality. Brotherhood” protesting against the party “national front” on the eve of the second round of presidential elections.
“Freedom. Equality. Brotherhood. Do not give the NetFront to compromise our values,” wrote the activists in the account of the French subsidiary organizations on Twitter under the photo from the event.

According to Reuters, shares on placing a huge yellow cloth on one of the main French sites were 12 Greenpeace activists.
The first round of presidential elections in France took place on 23 April. According to the results of the 11 candidates for the presidency go through to the second round: the leader of movement “Forward,” the former Minister of the economy Emmanuel macron, who scored 24,01% of the votes and the candidate from the party “national Front” marine Le Pen with 21.3% of votes.
