Putin dismissed the Deputy head of the Ministry of emergency situations
Vladimir Putin by his decree dismissed the Deputy head of the EMERCOM of Russia Vladimir Artamonov. Also released from office of the Deputy chief of National control centre in crisis situations of the Ministry of emergency situations Sergey Vorontsov.
The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has signed a decree to relieve from office the state Secretary — Deputy Minister of civil defense, emergencies and elimination of consequences of natural disasters Vladimir Artamonov. The document published on the official portal of legal information.
Also released from office Deputy head of the National center for crisis management (EMERCOM) MES, major-General Sergey Vorontsov.
“Dismissed Artamonov Vladimir Sergeyevich, state Secretary- Deputy Minister of RF for civil defense, emergencies and elimination of consequences of natural disasters; major-General Vorontsov, Sergei Vladimirovich, Deputy head of the National center for crisis management emergency response of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, emergencies and elimination of consequences of natural disasters”, — the document says.
By his decree Putin has released from posts a number of generals in the interior Ministry, the Investigative Committee and the Federal service of execution of punishments (FSIN).
