World athletics champion killed in USA

World Athletics Champion Emmit King died in the United States after a shootout This was reported by NBC with reference to the authorities of Alabama.

According to the source, King had a fight with his acquaintance Willie Wells, as a result of which a shootout began. According to eyewitnesses, the men fired pistols at each other. Wells, 60, died before the police arrived, and King, 62, later died in hospital.
