In the Legislative Assembly of the Vologda Oblast, an opponent of vaccination sprayed dichlorvos in the Russian Guard

According to investigators, on November 25, a group of people came to the building of the Legislative Assembly with a petition on behalf of people who oppose compulsory vaccination and restrictive measures. They demanded a personal appointment.
The police and the Russian Guard were called to the scene, and they decided to detain the people. One of the opponents of vaccination sprayed dichlorvos from a can, and also, according to the investigation, obstructed law enforcement officers and used violence.
Two officers of the Russian Guard received a first-degree eye burn because of this. The investigation opened a criminal case under the article on the use of violence against government officials. The suspect, a 46-year-old resident of Cherepovets, was given a written undertaking not to leave the place.
