According to the documents, an elderly Russian woman was admitted to a COVID hospital with a negative PCR test result. The woman could not move and talk, she also had confusion and an increased body temperature.

The pensioner became worse after six days of treatment for COVID-19 – she died in intensive care. Subsequently, the PCR test showed a positive result, but the pathologist named the consequences of a stroke as the cause of death.

The court found the hospital employees indirectly guilty – it ordered to collect 500 thousand rubles from the hospital in favor of the deceased daughter.

The Office of the Investigative Committee of Kuzbass opened a criminal case.

Earlier, doctors in Novosibirsk refused to help a Russian with tuberculosis and COVID-19. He was dropped from the ambulance due to the alleged lack of hospital beds. After the incident, authorities inspected three local offices.
