The widow of actor Nikolai Karachentsov Lyudmila Porgina decided to sell an apartment in the center of Moscow she decided to sell his apartment in the center of Moscow. With the proceeds, she plans to build a country house. Porgina shared the details in a conversation with the Sobesednik newspaper.
The property is located on Shvedsky Tupik Street in the center of the capital, the object is estimated at about 280 million rubles. The actor's widow is considering the option to sell housing and build a new one at a dacha in the village of Valentinovka near Moscow – where Porgina owns a plot of 60 acres. The woman wants to move the furniture and belongings of the deceased actor to the new house.
The question of the location of things began to worry the widow of Karachentsov after she began to rent out an apartment. The tenants demanded that all personal belongings of the deceased actor be removed from there, including diaries and portraits on the walls. Initially, Porgina wanted to finish building a room above the garage for things, but postponed the idea until spring.
Nikolai Karachentsov died in October 2018, the cause of death was cardiac arrest. In 2017, the actor was diagnosed with a tumor in his left lung, but treatment in Israel did not help him.
Karachentsov served in Lenkom for almost 40 years. He also starred in films, in particular in the films “The Eldest Son”, “The Dog in the Manger”, “The Trust That Burst”, “The Man from the Boulevard des Capucines” and others.
