On November 18, Vladimir Putin took part in an expanded meeting of the collegium of the Russian Foreign Ministry. In his speech, he called the situation in Ukraine a dead end and remembered about lethal weapons, and also accused Western partners of unreliability and reproached for an easy rejection of any previous agreements.
