The Japanese Foreign Minister is concerned about the joint exercises between Russia and China near the borders of the PRC 
within which the military aviation of the countries conducted air patrols over the waters of the Japan and East China Seas. Japanese Foreign Minister Yoshimasa Hayashi noted that this threatens regional security, TASS reports.
