Drunk Emergencies Ministry employee killed a dog at an animal shelter in a Russian city

An ex-EMERCOM employee burst into an animal shelter in Novocherkassk drunk and shot a dog drunk in a shelter for homeless animals “Uncle Phoenix” and shot a dog, according to the publication “Takie Dela”.

The incident took place on November 7. At the shelter for homeless animals, they said that the 23-year-old EMERCOM employee wanted to take revenge for the fact that his child was once bitten by a dog.

The Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Rostov region later removed the employee from work, the publication noted Novaya Gazeta.

The police opened an administrative case against a resident of Novocherkassk. The director of the shelter, Ilya Nurutdinov, does not agree with this decision – he insists on initiating a criminal case.

Earlier, a policeman in the Moscow region saved a girl who was attacked by an Alabai dog, but shot her in the thigh.
