Belarus has counted the number of victims on the border with Poland

Head of the Investigative Committee of Belarus: 65 people were recognized as victims of the use of special equipment by the Poles

relation to refugees. This was announced by the head of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Belarus Dmitry Gora, BelTA informs.

According to him, by the morning of November 19, 65 people have already been recognized as victims. The chairman of the Investigative Committee said that these include two Belarusians, one Russian and 62 Iraqi citizens, including 14 minors.

On November 18, it became known that the General Prosecutor's Office of Belarus opened a criminal case against the Polish leadership under the article on propaganda of war against the background of the refugee situation. According to the ministry, the Polish military, by order of the president or prime minister of the republic, used pesticides and other dangerous chemicals, as well as flash-noise grenades, to people, including pregnant women and children, which led to serious injuries.

In early November, the migration crisis worsened on the eastern border of Belarus. Thousands of refugees from the Middle East approached the barriers at the border and tried to enter the territory of the European Union. The Polish security forces had to use additional forces to contain their pressure. After the incident, the General Staff of Belarus began checking.
