Slovenia has resumed issuing all types of visas to Russians since November 19
Since November 19, the authorities of another European country, Slovenia, have resumed issuing visas for all types to Russians. This was reported on the website of the state embassy in Moscow.
It is noted that visa documents can only be submitted through the VFS Global visa center. In order not to undergo quarantine upon arrival, it is necessary to provide a negative PCR test for a period of not more than 72 hours, a negative rapid antigen test done no later than 48 hours before entering the country, a certificate of the transferred disease, a digital EU DCC certificate with QR -code or a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 (including the Russian drug “Sputnik V”).
Without one of the above documents, foreign citizens will have to provide evidence of a place to stay in isolation for 10 days, otherwise entry into Slovenia may be denied.
Earlier in November, Dmitry Gorin, Vice President of the Russian Union of Travel Industry (PCT), called for the resumption of the issuance of electronic visas for foreign tourists from countries with which regular flights have been restored … According to him, there is no need to wait for the borders of those 52 states to open, whose citizens can issue electronic entry documents to Russia.
