A dormitory of a bankrupt plant in Novosibirsk was put up for auction without settling people It was decided to sell a building in a Russian city without first resettling the people living in it, TASS reports.
The auction, which is organized by the bankruptcy administrator of the enterprise, is to be held on December 22, 2021 at the electronic site of the Distance Trading Center JSC. The initial price of a three-story building built in 1963 with an area of 1.7 thousand square meters is 9.3 million rubles, and bidders will have to add five percent to the named amount.
According to the federal bankruptcy register, the house is registered 44 people. The organizers of the auction specified that the fate of the tenants will be decided during joint negotiations with the new owner of the building.
The Novosibirsk Experimental Plant was opened in 1959 as a branch of the Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The enterprise was engaged in the production of equipment and instruments for the institutes of Akademgorodok. In 2017, the Federal Tax Service declared the plant bankrupt.
