State Duma deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Valery Rashkin, earlier admitted to killing an elk, the carcass of which was found by police in his car at the end of October. In a video message, he described the circumstances of the night on October 29.
On November 17, Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov submitted to the State Duma a proposal to deprive Rashkin of his parliamentary immunity.
