Polish Defense Ministry: Belarusian security forces organized migrants to attack with stones 
Belarusian security forces are leading illegal migrants in their attempts to break through the border. This accusation was brought up by the Polish Ministry of Defense on its Twitter.

“An attempt to illegally cross the border in Dubichi Tserkevnyh, inspired by Belarusians, took place tonight. A group of about 100 migrants was detained by Polish services, “the ministry's representatives wrote and published a video in which a crowd of men sitting on the ground are guarded by Polish security forces.
It is clarified that the Belarusian side allegedly carried out reconnaissance, possibly – even damaged the fence, and then orchestrated a stone attack elsewhere on the border to divert the attention of the Poles.
The Bild newspaper reported a day earlier that Germany could provide indirect financial assistance to build housing for migrants on the Polish-Belarusian border.
At the same time, Estonian Foreign Minister Eva-Maria Liimets said that President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, in a conversation with the acting Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel, put forward an ultimatum: the migration crisis will end if the EU recognizes the legitimacy of his power and lifts the sanctions.
