He specified that such indicators are 30 units below the norm. Tishkovets compared the drop in atmospheric pressure with a rise to 300 meters.

Earlier, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center, Roman Vilfand, warned some Russians about the abnormal cold. According to him, in some regions the temperature will drop to minus 30 degrees. Cold weather is predicted in Tyumen, Kemerovo, Omsk, Sverdlovsk and Novosibirsk regions.
