The Russian woman had a rest in Egypt and described the hotel with the phrase “a madhouse is going on here.”

A Russian woman rested in Hurghada for 117 thousand rubles and complained about the low level of service

A Russian woman rested in a four-star hotel in Hurghada and complained about “ terrible “food, dirt and poor service. Her review is published by the portal “Subtleties of Tourism” on the Yandex.Zen platform.

So, for a voucher for ten days for two adults and one child, she paid 117 thousand rubles. The girl described her stay at the hotel with the phrase “a madhouse is going on here.” First of all, she was outraged by the food problems – there were constant queues at the restaurant, and most of the food was not tasty. The author admitted that she ate only cucumbers and rice for the entire vacation.

In addition, she did not like the fact that they did not want to accommodate tourists in a “decent” room without additional payment. At first, tourists were offered to stay in a room on the basement floor, allegedly due to a lack of space, but after a tip of $ 30 (about 2.1 thousand rubles), the situation was resolved.

In addition, she was unpleasantly struck by the sanitary conditions in the pools – the tourist's daughter contracted an intestinal infection. “My advice to you: do not let your child go to the children's area with a pool. There, besides catching the infection, there is nothing else to do, “she warned.

The only thing that left a positive impression of the rest was an excursion to Orange Bay, which reminded the traveler of the Maldives.

“I don't think we will return to Egypt in the next couple of years. If this goes on and the service in hotels does not change for the better, no one else will go there, “she summed up.

Earlier in November, the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) reported that tickets to Egypt had dropped sharply 50 percent. The key factor in reducing the cost is the launch of charter flights from November 9, due to which prices fell by 30-40 percent. Nevertheless, this provoked an increased demand for Egypt among Russians, so now there is a shortage of places in popular hotels.
