He turned to the & nbsp; apparatus with & nbsp; to accept the documents required for this & nbsp;
“ Dear colleagues, we & nbsp; have the right to make such a decision, because & nbsp; these are civil servants. According to & nbsp; Volodin, if & nbsp; the official representative of the government with & nbsp; report to the deputies will not & nbsp; have a QR code, then & nbsp; the speaker can be replaced with & nbsp; his colleague who has been ill or vaccinated.

Pharmacies, organizations providing the population with food and & nbsp; essential goods will operate in & nbsp; normal mode without & nbsp; electronic codes. Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova clarified that & nbsp; when & nbsp; visiting places where QR codes & nbsp; are not needed, you will still need to wear masks. She noted that & nbsp; children and & nbsp; teenagers will not & nbsp; be required to show the codes.
Later Volodin said that the Duma Council had considered government bills on the & nbsp; introduction of QR codes. The initiative was sent for & nbsp; discussion to the regions, the Public and & nbsp; Accounts Chamber, and & nbsp; also the Federation Council.
