The wife Dading Anastasia Zotova submitted a complaint to the Prosecutor of Rubtsovsk (Altai region) with the request to check, not lost any document for his release, as all possible delivery periods have already passed. According to Zotova, the Dading lawyers filed complaints in the Federal penitentiary service, the Prosecutor General and the European court of human rights (ECHR) due to the fact that the administration continues to hold her husband, which the Supreme court declared innocent.
The morning of February 26 to the building of the colony arrived car SCS. As told the correspondent of TV channel “Rain”, the head of the colony has passed that the employees of SCS brought order to the Supreme court of Russia about the release of the activist.
Earlier the lawyer Ksenia Kostromina told that the European court of human rights (ECHR) upheld the complaint of lawyers of the Dading and sent to the Russian government’s request with the requirement to explain the reason for his retention in the prison. As told RBC lawyer Dading Alex lipcer, the activist may be released on Thursday, February 23. According to him, the court order for his release was already sent to Altai penal colony № 5 courier service.
The sentence Dadina were sent for review the decision of the constitutional court, which considered the case. The court found contradictions in the interpretation of article about violations at rallies. He noted that to prosecute people for participation in peaceful protest impossible. “The introduction of criminal responsibility for violations at rallies admissible if it is equivalent to the nature and degree of public danger” — said in the constitutional court. He decided that the other interpretation of the article violates the constitutional rights of Russian citizens.
The date of the decision of the Supreme court, the Deputy Director of the Federal penitentiary service of Russia Valery Maksimenko said that the liberation of the Dading documents should officially come FSIN.

Ildar Dading became the first Russian, who was convicted under article 212.1 of the criminal code of Russia after amending it in the summer of 2014. The article comes in case if a citizen was more than two times within half a year brought to administrative responsibility for violations during mass events (article 20.2 of the administrative code). Penalty involving deprivation of liberty for a term up to five years.
The court issued the verdict Dadina in December 2015 and has appointed punishment in the form of three years of imprisonment. In March 2016, the Moscow city court reduced the sentence to two and a half years.
