The prosecution managed to prove that Pavel Tyurenev, being drunk, in July 2021 poured gasoline on the equipment of a temporary vaccination point deployed by military unit No. 86000. “Anticipating the inevitability of an offensive publicly -dangerous consequences and wishing their onset, brought a lighter to the spilled gasoline, ”the court said. As a result, two tents and an advertising banner burned down. He was detained by a serviceman who was guarding the point.
Tyurenev agreed to compensate for the damage. He was ordered to pay 1.23 million rubles.
