He also noted that due to the low level of digital literacy, users do not know what to do when faced with online fraud, manifestations of cyberbullying, and also easily trust fakes, the spread of which has become a real epidemic in recent years.

I fully support the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Science to create a digital literacy program for the general population. Earlier, the Ministry of Digital Science published a draft rules for granting subsidies for the development and implementation of a program to increase digital literacy of the general population. The subsidy will be provided based on the results of a competitive selection to a legal entity that has experience in implementing projects in the field of digital literacy and cyberhygiene.
