For the second month of autumn, square meter in new buildings in the territory of old Moscow has risen in price by 0.4 percent, to 331.7 thousand rubles, analysts calculated. In annual terms, the rate of growth in prices exceeded 39 percent.
According to the data of “Sinitsa”, comfort-class housing is becoming more expensive in Moscow: in October, the “square” in this segment has added 0.3 percent in price, now it costs 260.9 thousand rubles. Economy class costs 236.3 thousand rubles per square meter, business class – 388.7 thousand per square meter.
In New Moscow, the average price per square meter in the primary housing market by November reached 198.3 thousand rubles , having increased over the month by 2.4 percent, over the year – by 31.9 percent. “The rate of growth in prices [for housing in Moscow] continues to slow down,” experts conclude.
Earlier it was reported that demand for housing is gradually shifting outside Moscow – due to a sharp rise in prices for real estate in the capital, potential buyers of apartments looking for alternative options in the suburbs. Meanwhile, the volume of supply of new buildings in the region over the past five years has more than halved, analysts calculated.
