Head of Naftogaz Vitrenko: Nord Stream 2 AG's desire to create a subsidiary in Germany is a trick 
Head of Naftogaz of Ukraine Yuri Vitrenko called it good news and approved the suspension of certification of Nord Stream 2 by the German Federal Grid Agency (BNetzA). At the same time, on his Facebook page, the Ukrainian top manager stressed that the situation does not look so straightforward, since Russia is ready to go for tricks to get around these requirements.
In his opinion, the desire of the Swiss Nord Stream 2 AG, the project operator, is a legal gimmick to create a subsidiary in Germany to manage part of the pipeline in the country.
