The winners of the national competition of regional food brands “Tastes of Russia” have been announced. The results are published on the official website.
The Kamchatka sockeye salmon won in the category “For the whole country” .
The first in the “Tastes of Nature” nomination (brands related to food products that have not been processed and processed) was the Yamal venison. The main “Gastronomic find” was the Ural cone in chocolate, and the “Culinary heritage” was the Kuban borscht.
The Russians also voted for the Stavropol apples (“They choose us”), Fedosikhin dumplings (“Taste from the hinterland”) Suzdal mead (“Look at the light”) and Astrakhan sturgeon caviar (“Taste without borders”).
