Experts analyzed prices in those areas where the supply on the market for new buildings totals more than 20 lots. After Shcherbinka in the ranking is the settlement of Ryazanovskoye, where the average cost per square meter for the year rose by 36 percent, or up to 213.5 thousand rubles. Sosenskoye and Pervomayskoye took third place – the average price increased by 32 percent in both cases.

An increase in cost of less than 30 percent was noticed in the settlements Vnukovskoye (by 28 percent), Moskovsky (by 27 percent) and Filimonkovskoye ( by 26 percent). The smallest growth was recorded in Desenovsky and Marushkinsky – 16 percent in each.

Earlier, the developer “A101” said that in October 2021 the volume of supply in the primary market of New Moscow reached 394 thousand square meters – the figure decreased by 2 percent relative to the value of September. Such dynamics were explained by the rate of market saturation.
