All the centers “My Documents” in Moscow now have the opportunity to register a marriage 
changes in birth certificates, marriage certificates or divorce and other documents are now possible in all public service centers in Moscow. Specially equipped halls with photo zones for beautiful wedding pictures have appeared in the flagship offices in the East, North and South-East districts. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development Anastasia Rakova.
“Since October, such services as the registry office, such as marriage registration, obtaining repeated documents, filing applications for amendments to the birth certificate, marriage certificate or divorce, and other documents could be obtained in 87 offices of“ My Documents ”. We saw a great demand from the city dwellers – Muscovites received over 60 thousand repeated certificates and certificates in the centers of state services, and more than 5.6 thousand couples registered a marriage there. We are pleased to announce that now these registry office services are available in all offices of “My Documents”. It is really convenient, because the centers are open in every district of the capital within walking distance, they work every day without interruptions, flagship offices even until 10 pm, “the deputy mayor said.
In all capital centers of public services, Muscovites can receive the following registry office services :
– Registration of marriage in a relaxed atmosphere for citizens of the Russian Federation over 18 years old;
– Registration of divorce between citizens of the Russian Federation by joint application, by a court decision, at the request of one of the spouses, if the second spouse is recognized as incompetent, missing or sentenced to imprisonment for more than three years (in the absence of common minor children and provided that the marriage was concluded on the territory of Moscow or at least one of the spouses lives in Moscow);
– Issuance of repeated certificates and certificates of state registration of acts of civil status drawn up on the territory of the Russian Federation (including for minors and deceased relatives);
– Making corrections and changes in the civil status records, for example, in the birth certificate, marriage certificate or divorce and other documents (in terms of acceptance and transfer to the registry office);
– Registration of birth and death upon application a legal entity, as well as by a court decision.
As before, in all offices of “My Documents” you can get the following services:
– Registration of birth;
– Registration of death;
– Registration of establishing paternity simultaneously with state registration of birth;
– Apostille affixing on documents issued by the Moscow Civil Registry Office, in the Archive and Information Department of the Moscow Civil Registry Office, regarding the receipt and issuance of documents .
You can submit a package of documents in the centers of public services without an appointment. Muscovites can pre-register for most of the services on the mos.ru website by selecting the date and time.
The gosuslugi.ru portal also provides an opportunity to submit a number of applications online and come to the center on a convenient day to receive services.
