Some products can take energy and cause sudden fatigue, said nutritionist Yulia Chekhonina, writes RIA Novosti.
One of these drinks is coffee. It is not the drink that provokes fatigue, but its quantity. Drinking one or two cups of coffee a day is considered normal, in this case, the drink invigorates. If a person starts drinking more coffee, instead of a burst of energy, he may feel tired. He will form a “vicious circle”: the more coffee he drinks, the more he will get tired.
According to the nutritionist, foods high in sugar can cause this condition. She advised those with a sweet tooth to pay attention to dark chocolate, which does not cause such sharp fluctuations in blood glucose levels. Juices and soda can lead to sudden fatigue, she said. She advised replacing them with vegetable juices.
Meanwhile, it is important not to give up fats and sugar for good, since a person also has no strength on such a diet.
