Tesla founder and head Elon Musk found a buyer for his the latest home that is located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The announcement of the sale has been on the market for several months, according to the New York Post.
The entrepreneur entered into a preliminary agreement with the buyer on Saturday, November 13. Almost 32 million dollars (more than 2.3 billion rubles) were asked for the object. Musk owned the mansion from 2017 until he put it up for sale in June 2021.
The house is over 1.4 thousand square meters, the building is located on a plot of almost 20 acres. Inside there are 10 bedrooms, the same number of bathrooms, a kitchen and a banquet hall. There is also a garage for three cars on the territory; eight more cars can be placed under the shed. The windows overlook the bay.
In September 2021, the publication reported that Elon Musk withdrew the ad from the market, as he could not sell the mansion in three months. Initially, the entrepreneur planned to raise $ 37.5 million for the object (at that time more than 2.7 billion rubles).
