Experts explained such dynamics by the reluctance of developers to bring objects to the market. “In order not to oversaturate the market, developers are actively using closed sales tools and do not withdraw the entire volume of supply, as it was before. This is done to create a certain deficit against the background of high prices, in order to stimulate the interest of buyers, “- said Dmitry Khalin, managing partner of Savills.

In the first ten months of 2021, buyers purchased more than 1 , 1 thousand elite residential properties. The demand for such properties from January to October increased by 62 percent compared to the same period in 2020. In total, they spent about 151 billion rubles on real estate.

Earlier, realtors recorded in Moscow a significant reduction in exposure for the purchase of elite housing in new buildings – since September 2020, the total supply of apartments and apartments in this segment has fallen by 43 percent … The largest decrease in the indicator was noted among real estate in the area of ​​Patriarch's Ponds.
