< p> In 1984, the attackers decided to kill the waiter of the popular cafe “Moskovskoye” and the boxer Oganezov, who was involved in drug trafficking. This idea was given to the police by the ex-wife of Oganezov, who dreamed of becoming his heir.

According to the general, several times Knigin and Fineev came to the victim under the pretext of a police raid, but each time Oganezov was saved by the fact that there were guests in the apartment.

In July 1984, the gang changed their strategy. In police uniform, the attackers came to the cafe where Oganezov celebrated his birthday. They put him in a car, and then they wanted to take him out of town and kill him. However, on the way, the bandits' plans changed – they demanded a large sum of money from Oganezov, promising to save his life. The waiter offered to return to the restaurant – there he got out of the car and fled, after which he immediately turned to the police.

During the check, the man was able to identify only one of the attackers, Fineev. The officer was fired from the authorities and brought to justice.
