The woman decided to change her lifestyle, lose weight and start playing sports. Now she starts her day by drinking a glass of water-infused cumin and eating soaked almonds on an empty stomach. Singh's breakfast includes oatmeal with banana, cabbage, rice, fried semolina or rice, wheat cakes or eggs. For lunch, the woman prefers a millet cake, a bowl of vegetables and cottage cheese. For dinner, the Indian woman eats stewed rice with mash and fried spices.
Singh eats fruit before training, and then drinks a cocktail of fried chickpea flour. She consumes at least three liters of water daily and eats only homemade food.
Singh emphasized that she wanted to lose weight quickly, so she completely gave up junk food, sugar and baked goods. In addition, she did not allow herself any indulgences. The woman works out five to six times a week. Most of all, she likes to combine walking with yoga.
