The Ukrainian Armed Forces brigade promised to destroy migrants trying to get to Ukraine from Belarus 
in case they try to break into Ukrainian territory. This was reported by the press service of the 61st Separate Infantry Jaeger Brigade (OPEBr), which is part of the ground forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU), on its Facebook page.
As stated in the press service, at present, the brigade continues to serve along the section of the border with Belarus.
“Not a single so-called migrant, as well as other persons who may disguise themselves as migrants, will enter the territory of Ukraine. They will simply be destroyed by our units, ”the OPEBr representatives emphasized.
On November 10, First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevhen Yenin said that Ukrainian border guards are strengthening protection on the border with Belarus. According to him, such a measure is necessary in order to be able to restrain the flow of illegal migrants, if necessary.
On November 8, a group of refugees from the Middle East gathered at the border between Poland and Belarus and tried to overcome the border barriers. According to the Polish government, the number of illegal migrants has reached three to four thousand people. Warsaw also noted that the camp of illegal immigrants is guarded by Belarusian security forces.
