Rada deputy Sovsun found Hitler's quote about sexism in a textbook for Ukrainian universities
Verkhovna Rada deputy and teacher Inna Sovsun said textbook for Ukrainian universities, the author of which refers to Adolf Hitler. RIA Novosti writes about this.
“The Business Career manual has exploded in social networks with sexism and misogyny, which in one case is justified by a quote from Hitler,” the deputy said.
She found an excerpt from benefits. There, among the statements about women, the phrase is noted: “It was not for nothing that Adolf Hitler spoke”, and then there is a quote.
According to Sovsun, she has already turned to universities that use this manual, with a request to comment on whether they think its use is acceptable.
In July in the Ukrainian city of Novomirgorod, a children's team called the “Hitlerites” took part in street basketball competitions during the celebration of the city day. This was told by a native of the city, ex-deputy head of the State Agricultural Inspection of Ukraine Igor Nemirovsky. Two days later, the head of Novomirgorod, Igor Zabazhan, commented on the situation. According to him, the organizers of the competition promptly reacted to the violation of Ukrainian legislation, called the police officers, and carried out explanatory work with the students. They changed the team name and then returned to the event.
