One of them, Ryan Clayton, told BuzzFeed that when handing out the boxes depicted a Russian accent and asked the participants the question: “trump and [Russian President Vladimir] Putin is a great leaders, right?” Another activist, Jason Charter, said that he and Clayton were able to distribute all the thousands of flags that they brought with them.
According to Clayton, with shares he and Charter have sought to indicate the “clear and present danger” alleged ties trump with Russia. “Putin chose trump because it is good for Russia, not because it is suitable for America. We need to remove trump from office; he is a traitor to the country that I love,” said the activist.
