In Kaluga, an elderly man treated for COVID-19 was dropped off in the cold after being discharged

in the cold and at the wrong address. An elderly man suffers from Alzheimer's disease, his relatives noted that the doctors knew about it, but they sent him home with a third-party carrier, Podyem reports.

Relatives of the elderly Russian explained that the doctors put him unaccompanied in some then the car. “Then, as the deputy head physician told us, their responsibility ended there. Grandpa gave his old address, and the driver just drove away. They didn’t even know where he was dropped off, ”the patient’s relatives added.

In addition, they claim that when the pensioner was sent to the hospital he had a warm down jacket, hat, shirt, trousers. However, a man in a vest, underpants and someone else's light jacket without a hat returned. An elderly Russian wandered in the cold for three hours, he fell and got bruises.

Relatives stressed that after the shock, the pensioner stopped talking.

The Ministry of Health of the Kaluga Region knows about what happened. According to representatives of the department, they apologized to the relatives of the injured patient. However, close men deny that someone contacted them from the Ministry of Health.

Earlier in Moscow, two police officers robbed a pensioner who had fainted on the street. The 88-year-old pensioner felt unwell, fell and hit his head near the entrance of his house on Sireneviy Boulevard. The patrolmen found him and called an ambulance. While waiting for the doctors, the police noticed a million rubles in cash from the pensioner, which he had previously withdrawn from his bank account. Law enforcement officers took 724 thousand rubles for themselves, leaving the rest to the victim.
