A big sale of apartments has begun in Moscow

IRN: in November 2021, discounts on housing in Moscow reach 20 percent for housing in Moscow. In an effort to attract buyers, developers began to increase the size of discounts, according to data published by the Real Estate Market Indicators (IRN) analytical center.

According to analysts, the upcoming New Year holidays also positively affect the level of generosity of the capital's developers. IRN estimated the size of discounts in new buildings throughout Moscow. The maximum currently reaches 20 percent – this is how much a developer of one of the residential complexes near the Tushinskaya metro station is ready to give up.

On average, developers agree to provide a discount of 5-7 percent. Often, special conditions are offered at 100 percent payment or when applying for a mortgage. The big New Year sale included not only apartments, but also parking spaces and storage rooms in houses under construction.

Earlier it was reported that in October 2021, housing under construction in the old borders of Moscow rose by 0.9 percent in comparison with September figures, up to 319.4 thousand rubles per square meter. In New Moscow, the “square” in new buildings added 0.4 percent in price, now it costs an average of 193.2 thousand rubles.
