In the Chelyabinsk region, a check is being carried out in relation to two precinct commissioners from the Kartalinsky district – relatives of the killed 41-year-old man accused them of negligence. According to relatives, the murder was committed by law enforcement officers. This was reported on Wednesday, November 10, by the Telegram-channel “Caution News”.
According to the channel, in August, a 41-year-old Russian told the police that his 71-year-old father, who had served more than one term in prison , got an illegal gun and cartridges. This testimony was also confirmed by the applicant's wife. However, the police allegedly did not check and seize the weapon.
In November, after another quarrel, the criminal grabbed a weapon and shot at his son sitting in the car. He died on the spot from his injuries, and the police officers arrived at the pensioner. After the tragedy, the family reported the inaction of the district police officers to the law enforcement agencies. Now the issue of initiating a criminal case under Article 293 (“Negligence”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is being resolved.
