Then Vonita seriously thought about losing weight. To lose weight, she enlisted the help of her mother, picked up a good diet and started playing sports. Two or three times a month, the Indian woman allows herself to eat any dishes at her discretion, but in limited quantities. She strictly adheres to the intervals between meals and never overeats. In addition, the woman tries to sleep better.

For breakfast, Vonita drinks a glass of cool water, and an hour later she eats a bowl of oatmeal with fruits, dried fruits and honey. For lunch, there are usually a couple of whole grain tortillas with mashed bean soup or chicken breast, as well as vegetables and salad. Sometimes she complements lunch with cottage cheese. Dinner consists of a bowl of salad with a variety of ingredients such as vegetables, chicken, cheese, eggs, mung bean, chickpeas, and beans.

Vonita does mixed types of athletic workouts for two hours daily. Before each workout, the woman drinks a cup of green tea or homemade energy drink, and after the workout – sweet lime juice and coconut water. An hour later, she drinks a protein shake.

Efforts have borne fruit: now Vonita weighs 54 kilograms. For those who want to lose weight, she recommends adhering to a daily routine, loving their goal and constantly focusing on it. She considers consistency, willpower and a positive attitude to be the most important elements in losing weight.

Earlier it was reported that a resident of the Indian city of Pune, Maharashtra, who weighed 104 kilograms, lost 34 kilograms in a year. The Indian downloaded a mobile fitness app, but later realized that diet was the main contributor to weight loss.
