For housing with frescoes and gold realtors asked for more than 12 million rubles, according to the newspaper “Komsomolskaya Pravda.” In early November, an elite real estate was discovered in one of the unremarkable houses outside – a 70 square meter “kopeck piece” with gold bas-reliefs and numerous mirrors was put up for sale.

According to the realtor who oversaw the transaction, professional designers worked on the renovation. and all interior details are made of expensive materials. Interior doors and furniture are made of solid wood, and the bathroom has a gilded toilet. The cost of the object ranged from seven to 12 million rubles. However, it was not so easy to acquire it – the previous owners had not yet paid the mortgage for the apartment. The new owner needs to pay off the loan debt, which experts have estimated at 1.7 million rubles. In addition, a loggia with a dining room was illegally combined in the apartment – banks will not approve mortgages for such housing. The journalists of Komsomolskaya Pravda suggested that the difficulties did not scare away the new owners, since the advertisement for the sale of real estate had already been removed from the site.
