The Ministry of Justice of Russia has included the publication “Kak Inagent” in the register of media-foreign agents 
foreign agent, included it in the relevant register. This is reported on the website of the ministry.
“In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Justice of Russia dated November 10, 2021, the Kak Inagent limited liability company is included in the register of foreign media performing the functions of a foreign agent.” said in an official statement.
It is noted that the society was created by Russians who were previously entered in the register – Denis Kamalyagin, Sergey Markelov and Daria Apakhonchich.
On November 8, it was reported that the register five more Russians got into foreign agents. The list includes lawyer Ivan Pavlov, who defended the adviser to the head of Roscosmos, Ivan Safronov, accused of treason, as well as lawyers of the human rights association of journalists and lawyers “Team 29” Valery Vetoshkina and Maxim Olenichev, head of the company's media department Maxim Zagovora and activist Elena Skvortsova./p>
Prior to this, such publications as OVD-Info, Vostochnye Stories, Meduza, VTimes, Project and Radio Liberty were recognized as foreign agents.
В At the end of August, employees of a number of media outlets wrote an open appeal to the Russian authorities. The journalists asked to repeal the law on foreign agents, as well as to reconsider the decisions on the closure of their colleagues' publications. Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the letter, said that the law could not be canceled. However, he made it possible to correct it.
