Forecaster Shuvalov was skeptical about weather forecasts for the winter in Russia 
the forecast of “eurozima” in Russia. He announced this in an interview with Izvestia.
According to him, forecasting the weather for more than ten days is not worth it, since the further justification of the forecast does not exceed 65 percent.
“I I am very skeptical about this kind of statements, especially since sometimes even shorter-term forecasts do not come true, “the forecaster explained his assessment.
The meteorologist noted that in the Moscow region on Thursday night, 11 November, it will snow, and in the afternoon the temperature will rise to plus three degrees. On November 13, the temperature will rise to plus five degrees in the afternoon, and rain is also expected.
Earlier, Yevgeny Tishkovets, chief specialist of the Phobos weather center, said that the coming winter will be mild and with a lot of snow. The specialist noted that it will resemble Eurozima.
