Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova criticized US actions near the Russian borders 
US actions in the Black Sea – for example, the passage of warships – indicate on an attempt to threaten Russia with war. This opinion was expressed by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova during a briefing, broadcast by RT.
The diplomat is convinced that the exercises of the US Navy are just a cover. In fact, Washington wants to develop “ways of military action”, in particular, on the territory of Ukraine. This is necessary in case Kiev thinks about “preparing a military solution” in Donbass, Zakharova believes.
“These steps by the United States lead to the creation of a multinational group of armed forces, destabilize the situation in the Black Sea region in the immediate vicinity of the Russian borders “, – she concluded.
In particular, earlier on November 10, the US Air Force E-8S ground target reconnaissance and strike control aircraft flew over the Black Sea for more than five hours. The minimum approximation to the Russian border was 35 kilometers. Radar equipment of the Russian Aerospace Forces accompanied the E-8S throughout its flight.
