Klishas: the introduction of compulsory vaccination is possible after the adoption of the relevant law
The introduction of compulsory vaccination against coronavirus will be possible only after the adoption of the corresponding federal law. This assessment was given by the chairman of the Federation Council committee on constitutional legislation Andrei Klishas, RIA Novosti reports.
According to him, the introduction of compulsory vaccination against COVID-19 does not violate the constitutional rights of Russians.
Previously honored Russian doctor Vladimir Krugly said that the Federation Council is not considering the introduction of legally compulsory vaccination against coronavirus. If parliamentarians develop an appropriate bill, it “will be discussed,” the senator said.
At the end of October, the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova announced that mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 of part of the population was introduced in all regions. She emphasized that all subjects have adopted the relevant regulations on the vaccination of certain categories of citizens.
