The Foreign Ministry rebuked the West for trying to shift the responsibility for the migration crisis onto Russia 
border of Belarus with Poland, they are trying to evade responsibility for what is happening. This opinion was expressed in the Russian Foreign Ministry, quoted by RIA Novosti.
