The budgets of transactions with apartments in Moscow have been disclosed

MIEL: the share of home purchases at a price of 15-30 million rubles has increased in Moscow

In October 2021 on the secondary real estate market Moscow has increased the share of purchases in the price range of 15-30 million rubles, according to the materials of the agency “MIEL” provided to “Lente.ru”.

Realtors have revealed the budgets of transactions with apartments in the capital. According to them, the maximum number of purchases (29 percent) was in the range of 9-12 million rubles. 24% of transactions were in apartments in the budget of 15-30 million rubles. 22% passed with objects worth 6-9 million rubles. Another 17 percent of transactions were concluded in the price range of 12-15 million.

Apartments worth over 30 million rubles accounted for 6 percent of transactions, and the minimum number of purchases affected housing worth up to 6 million rubles. “As in previous months, only rooms were actually sold in the cheapest price segment; the share of such purchases fell from 2 percent in the summer to 1 percent in October,” experts say. “The share of transactions in the range of 15-30 million rubles has increased from 17 to 24 percent.”

According to MIEL, the average cost of a one-room apartment in Moscow is now 9.8 million rubles; 14.6 million, “three rubles” – 17.4 million rubles.

Earlier it became known that the owners of housing for sale in Moscow are increasingly less likely to agree to discounts. Only every fifth transaction takes place with a decrease in the originally declared value.
