Prices for winter diesel in Russia for the first time rose above 60 thousand rubles per ton

The cost of winter diesel for the first time rose above 60 thousand rubles per ton, off-season diesel rose in price to 54.03 thousand rubles , and summer – up to 52.71 thousand rubles, which also became historical highs.
